Video To DVD Sydney

The disappointment still lives on, even after 3 years ago. We came to this business (Video To DVD) to convert some old Beta tapes to DVD. We gave this business 6 Beta tapes of family memories, and 5 were returned. We lost an original tape - naturally it's priceless. We will never know what childhood memories were lost. Perhaps it was given to another customer? Instead, we received someone else's footage on a DVD and was told it was ours. That's a complete lie because our tapes were numbered. I can only believe that the business is disorganised, unprofessional, and clumsy. Feeling gutted.

The service was brilliant The result was fantastic A difficult job as videos hadn’t been turned for 10 yrs but they sorted it . Lovely people to deal with . Highly recommended
