The bus broke down at mountain Ousley, which is normal. Everyone was loaded onto other buses. Then the bus somehow started moving and went the rest of the journey empty. Even though it broke down it continued to Sydney.

Very easy to deal with. But I wish there phones worked after hours so when there is a issue you can get help (eg bus drive did not stop for kids on there way to school)

Words can't describe what kind of a bus company this is my son 5 got kicked off the school bus for standing up for himself against an 8 year old girl

Shoalbus is like most companies, good and sometimes not so good. I know one of the drivers personally, and I can say with all certainty that he takes his job very seriously, is courteous, helpful to his elderly customers and school kids alike. He enjoys the job, and shows loyalty to his employer, but it is not always reciprocated. Kids refer to him as the friendly driver.

What is it with one driver who just couldn't pick us up at 7:20am. But it's totally ok for other's to be picked up around that time anywhere else. If that one person think's he can deny us getting on at that time he has to stop everyone else around the world from getting on at that time or earlier. Some people are in the wrong job

Drivers a wonderful the call centre gave me the wrong info about my daughters school bus. Then after 30 minutes on the side of the Rd waiting on a bus that isn't going to show up. I call and didn't even get to ask my questions because the guy was so rude.
