El Patio Spanish Language School

Having absolutely no Spanish language knowledge apart from 'Hola' I have started attending El Patio and am having a great time learning the foundations/structure of the language, making new friends and being guided by a great teacher. I would highly recommend El Patio to anyone wanting to learn Spanish. :)

Been learning Spanish at El Patio since August last year and I absolutely love it! Wonderful range of classes for all levels. I love having a new teacher each semester as each one has their own unique way to teach. Highly recommend. Me gusta mucho!

I highly recommend El Patio. I started in 2017 with a short Spanish for travellers course before a holiday hoping that it would teach me a few useful phrases, and it was such a great course that I’ve been studying there ever since.The teachers are all super friendly, and class sizes are small so that you have lots of time to practice and ask questions. The teachers point out small differences between some words used in Spain and South America, which is very helpful for anyone who has a particular focus. The option of hybrid classes is also a great benefit for people travelling or who can’t make it in person.

Love El Patio. Love our teacher. Classes are great fun and i never hesitate to re-enrol each term.

I've wanted to learn a second language for a long time, but was always a bit nervous to jump in and look like a bit of a fool. The crew at El Patio area absolutely amazing, have always been welcoming and supportive, and created an awesome environment where learning and practicing feels natural and fun. Tomorrow i go on a 6week solo trip to Spain, taking comfort in the knowledge that i have been very well prepared to take in and enjoy all the amazing sights and sounds Spain will have to offer me! And I'm looking forward to coming home to start my next round of classes in the new year!

I thoroughly enjoyed both terms of Elementary 1 & 2 that I undertook at El Patio Westgarth. The classes were well paced and our teacher, Beatrice incredibly patient and fun. Beatrice was able to answer all our questions and still keep the classes entertaining.Highly recommend to those wanting to learn Spanish for work, travel or interest.
