This is definately one of the best Cafe in Town. Awesome coffee and freshly baked muffins. Staff really friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Worst coffee in Townsville one star is still to high the girls don't know how to make coffee, the shot are weak and not tamped correctly. Had my coffee made twice then got a refund and went to Baker Barista for a better coffee.

Had a lovely experience here today. My mum tried to sign up on their app and when the lovely lady realised we were having problems came and sat down with us to help us sort it out. She took the time to listen and problem solve. She has a lovely mannerism and wonderful compassion. We didn't get her name however she shared that she baked the cookies on Mon and Tues and worked behind the counter on the other days. She loved her job and had high praise for her boss.Thanks for making our day. A little bit of kindness goes a very long way.

Ordered water and a pastry from the cabinet. Received my water, but after 20 minutes went back to the counter to ask where my food was. They all looked blankly at each other, and said sorry about that. I asked for a refund which was given. It wasn't that busy. Gone without lunch now. Very unimpressed. Need to be a lot more focused on your orders.

Taylah always makes me the best coffees and teas. She is so lovely and helpful. All the staff are wonderful here. It's such a delight and treat to come to this Muffin Break. Thank you for Taylah and everyone!
