I have been a client of Tursa Murwillumbah for about 5 months. My case officer was Jeremy West, until he moved to the Tweed office. I can recommend this young gentleman highly. He treated me with respect, was efficient and friendly without being patronizing. He clearly explained services available to me through Tursa, and was successful in about 3 months in connecting me to the perfect job for my situation and needs. Well done.

I would have given 1 star if it weren't for the lovely staff.However, I did spend 6+ months attending appointments I didn't have to attend, looking for jobs when I didn't have to and stressing about working whilst homeschooling 4 kids.I feel that Tursa should have known I was exempt from mutual obligations not only because I have a large family but also because I'm homeschooling.

None of these agencies find you a job unless you have been on the Dole for nearly a year. If you want a job you had better find one yourself. They are just a bloody waste of tax payers money and that's a fact. Ask most anyone that has been unemployed for a while and wants to work.
