We use Warnbro Pharmacy for both our household and my elderly mother's needs and care. The staff go above and beyond in the service, care and patience in making sure you get the best outcome. They are an 'old school' service pharmacy that is a part of the community.

Went to pick up a prescription early due to not having a way to get back to the chemist until next week. Was spoken to very rudely and aggressively when told I could not refill it early.. which was completely fine, however walked out very humiliated and embarrassed. The tone and demeanor I was approached with was uprofessional and unnecessary. It's not the first extremely unprofessional experience I have had here but it's definitely not an experience I would like to have again.

We've been customers for a long time now about 12 years now. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. I agree with the other review that it's what makes people choose Warnbro Pharmacy over others.Well done!

No direction on where to wait or be served, staff not helpful

Because there is a shortage of nasal sprays for hayfever the chemist recommended a no brand, it was much cheaper, and as far as I can tell as a decades long sufferer this was the most effective I have ever used, the lady who served me was professional, knowledgeable and polite, and they are keen to help.. Thankyou!!

My grandmother has been coming here for years and every time I've been in with her I'm so impressed with how courteous and respectful the staff are towards her. Nothing is too much trouble and I've never seen even a hint of impatience from them when dealing with her. I'm so thankful she has these lovely people for support.

Five-star pharmacy offers sincere compassionate care.I visited Warnbro Pharmacy earlier today hoping to obtain my second booster (fourth covid vaccination), knowing it was the first day the second booster was available to all, particularly for those aged over 39. We walked into an immaculate retail space and straight up to the customer service desk without waiting and were greeted by various staff with warm smiles. We then requested to have our second covid booster shots and after exchanging Medicare cards and ID, we were promptly seen to by the ever so friendly and professional pharmacist, Kellie. I shared my severe anaphylactic allergy with her and she showed genuine concern, insisting I remain in the pharmacy for at least 15 minutes so she could monitor me. Kellie's warmth, sincerity and attention to detail are impressive - three special traits which no doubt have customers choosing Warnbro Pharmacy over alternative pharmacies given their stellar customer service and compassionate care afforded to all. I was also intrigued by the pharmacy's offering of an onsite sleep apnea specialist with various CPAP equipment available for further enquiry and purchase. Five-stars to Kellie and the Warnbro Pharmacy team.
