Went to the Christmas ferments workshop and it was wonderful. We got to taste 7 courses of dishes all with a fermented element. We also learnt how to make some ferments and ask questions. Very friendly, informative and tasty experience and the products are fantastic.

I got the 6 jars, one of each Kraut and they didn’t last long because I loved them so much! I was a bit unsure and new to it all but trying Gutsy Ferments range is the best thing I’ve done lately. The postage was super quick and well packed, the letter explaining it all once it arrived was an added bonus. They are all so tasty and work great as a side with a meal, a garnish, snack or especially a topping on a burger or roll. Am putting in another order real soon! Do yourself a favour and try it.
