Very prompt and great customer service. Our frenchie had surgery and has had no issues and recovering well.

So disappointed with the service, after seeing them for 3 years my little dog had a serious emergency, called first thing in the morning, and they told me they couldn’t see him straight away, only in the afternoon, I couldn’t believe they could do this to their ‘patient’, he’s been going there since he’s 8 weeks. My little dog was dying. Had to call another vet, when I told them what’s happening they asked me to take him straight away, where he stayed to go under emergency treatment. He could have died if I’d waited till the afternoon. His condition is still hanging in the balance. So sad, very disappointed with your lack of caring in time of need Greencross Vets Teneriffe, we weren’t expecting that from you. If he survives, you won’t see him again.

The staff are very professional, thorough and very caring. They treated my Romany with a lot of kindness.My little guy hates vets and has a long medical history, but they made him feel really comfortable. The team got him an appointment only a couple of hours after ringing up. The vet was very thorough with her examination. They followed up the next day to ensure he was recovering well with the medication provided (which he was). Overall was a really good experience.

We've been here 3 times in the last month and each time it's been a really good experience.The reception staff are friendly and quick, the vets themselves are knowledgeable, friendly and very caring towards our cat and the whole process was very simple. Each time, they've been clear and communicative about what's going on and helping us understand. While I don't think anyone *wants* to go back to the vet, I'm happy this is the one we will be going back to.

I can't even begin to express how grateful I am for the lovely team at Greencross Teneriffe. We had a very hard decision to say goodbye to our cat. Every step of the way they were kind and I never felt rushed. It is so evident how much they (vets and staff) care about animals as I could see it was also difficult for them too. Danielle has the most beautiful and caring soul. I received a beautiful handwritten card a week later with some keepsakes which brought a tear to my eye. Thank you for all you do.

Such a great experience! The two wonderful vet nurses alana and Georgia were so wonderful and helpful . I have 2 dogs and one is reactive . They were so helpful and welcoming with this . They cut my dogs nails so quickly and they didn't even flinch . Its very refreshing to go somewhere and feel like that was a really nice experience and you felt welcomed . That just makes everything that much better . It also gives you great confidence in trusting this clinic with your beloved pets !!!! 5 stars girls,!
