No greetings or welcome when you enter the shop and the rating is for the customer service. There is an old lady in the shop who was very rude and unpleasant. She made me wait for billing the item even though there was no one else in the queue before me and didn't even bother to acknowledge that I was there. Absolutely unpleasant experience and I wonder how people in customer care be like this.

I went in today with a faulty handbag and just wanted to know what my options would be; as I am horrible with receipts I didn’t have it on me which i could have brought back into store another day. I wouldn’t have cared if they could have sent it away to be fixed or to exchange, but the attitude from the older lady that was serving me was absolutely discusting and working in customer service I would never give that attitude to anyone. I was more then happy to walk out of that store and not return and just hand my bag into a bag maker to fix it at my own cost. During this time that we are all in you would think that the service would be great asI’m sure most businesses are not making as much money as they would have.

I will DEFINITELY shop again at the greenhills store! I did a click & collect for a handbag. Drove from cessnock to maitland to pick it up, ended up being no stock left & only available at Charlestown.I was so upset as this was my birthday present & I couldn't get to Charlestown. Both workers where amazing and understanding of how hypo my children were!! Renay went above & beyond for me, by going to Charlestown, picking up my handbag and dropping it to my house in cessnock!!! She did not have to do this for me at all, but I am so so so grateful that she did!Both of these woman working the afternoon shift on the 11/04/2022 need to be recognized for how amazing they are at doing there jobs. Thank you both SO MUCH!!!

Great service

The staff are always friendly and helpful without being over sales pitchy. They know their stock and are happy to point you at a bargain.that fits your need. Been back quite a few times just because of that aspect. Impressed overall.

Up there with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. All staff members I have interacted with have been bubbly, helpful and attentive. A lot of shops you will go into and get ignored- not this one!The shop itself is, although quite dated, always tidy.Whoever trains these staff has done a wonderful job.

Bought 3x collapsable hand luggage 3 month's before the cruise. .. On the day of the cruise we used them to go on the train to Sydney.. .We only got to Hamilton station from east maitland (20 min) and noticed the bottom had holes in the material.. .On closer inspection we noticed that there was no stoppers on the bottom to stop it scuffing when stood up.... Really not happy about this. .. . Finally get time to take them back to the store.. . The Service we received was absolutely disgraceful.. . Couldn't speak to manager as she was busy regional manager says we can have a replacement and pay the difference No Refund. . .I'm bringing them back because they are actually Not Designed Right.. ..Not because I don't like the colour....You are supposed to be the professionals here you are supposed to look after your customers not rip them off by selling them something that is clearly not designed to do the job you are responsible for your own quality control you have a duty of care to be responsible to your customers.. ..really bad service will be taking this a lot further and will never buy or recommend you to anyone. ...
