Pearsons Florist

I dont normally do this, but almost got wiped by the Pearsons Florist delivery van while driving along Ourimbah road in Mosman this afternoon.... Remember, your vehicle plastered with your name is a reflection of your business.. drive well, don't take chances with a 5+ meter long vehicle...

Shop closed 10-15 earlier than advertised and florist inside chose to ignore multiple customers. Experienced terrible customer service upon calling the store. Go elsewhere!

The opening hours are inaccurate. I rushed to get there at 18:50 but though the website said they closed at 19:00, the door was locked and the woman gave a poor excuse for not helping me. No worries, their flowers are exorbitantly expensive and they do not deserve my business.

The shop attendant couldn’t be less interested when I wanted to spend $100+ on a bouquet as a welcome home present for my boyfriend. When paying that much I expect to be assisted in my choice as this isn’t my expertise, you’d expect employees to have good knowledge to help paying customers. I also hoped the bouquet to last more than 3 days... I’d say spend your money somewhere else where it’s deserved.

I went to buy my partner flowers and the girls were so friendly and gave me great advice.A great experience and will definitely be back!!

You have EVERYTHING here! The staff is super trained and have extensive knowledge of everything floral. Just walk in and explain the occasion and they will whip up the perfect arrangement for you

Terrible service... the girl was at phone when I arrived at the shop... and after she just served a guy that came after me.... apparently she knew him... I try to ask her some info and she wasn't kind.. and keep serving the guy...Sorry for the place because theybhave a beautiful flowers.

Simply fabulous. Great selections and varieties of gorgeous flowers and arrangements. A very small florist shop but has the most deliciously welcoming ambience with the fresh aroma of freshly cut flowers. You are always welcomed by staff here like you are the most important person and you feel its genuine implications. Wheelchair friendly; only street parking but there's public parking stations nearby. Welcoming for all ages and backgrounds. I prefer ordering and assembling at the store rather than using their online service as online orders can be inconsistent. I thoroughly love this shop.
