Excellent online experience -- we're in the midst of a big reno in Brisbane so have been ordering lots of stuff, from all over Australia. I goofed on the product I ordered, and Hardware Shop to You were great about the exchange, and the best part is that they called me to clarify the details of the correct item I needed. Huge raps, as some online retailers are very hard to actually speak to. Hardware Shop To You ticked all the boxes. Was not aware of them before this purchase, but will use them again and again for sure.

I have just bought a replacement handle for a HILLS foldaline. Hardware shop to you displayed pictures of the exact handle I required but the one delivered was similar but not fit for purpose. The model depicted has HILLS embossed on it and has a groove between the handle and the pivot where they Outer shell locates. The product supplied has no groove., so the outer shell cannot be positioned. I contacted Hardware shop to you, who are adamant that the product supplied is a genuine hills product and you should just leave the outer shell off. Miraculously the product pictures on their website were changed within 10 minutes of our conversation. They also refuse to cover the postage cost for the return of the product.

I want to sincerely thank Hardware Shop To You for your time on the phone and prompt email with the line repair instructions.I have experienced a lack of interest and extremely poor customer care from numerous businesses in recent times, however the absolute opposite experience from you.My phone call was answered immediately from you and not via some recorded message and or foreign person who had no idea of the product I was inquiring about. Even though I was only able to give you limited details, you found the exact product in a very short time. This is how businesses should operate and they should receive appropriate reward for that service.Looking forward to doing business with you in the future!
