Staffs didn't care about customer's feeling for the long wait, but they do care if you have a less paid postage. Remains in 80's decor, the shop needs to improve. I will rather go others LPO if possible.

Aaaaaaaaalways loooooooog ques. Either make bigger to put more registers and staff, or we desperately need another post office in the area. Staff need to be friendly, and helpful.

The older tall man has zero people skills. The staff did not clarify that I had a prepaid package to send even though I showed them the code. This didn't bother me because mistakes happen. Then when a refund was made from the postage they mislead me to pay for, I could hear him talking down to the staff that processed said refund. Mate you work at the post office. Calm down and help the customers and lighten up a little. I could hear how you spoke to your colleague and it's honestly embarrassing.

I was scammed and figured it out about 15 minutes after dropping off the parcel. When I returned to ask the staff for help and collect the parcel they informed me that the parcel had already been picked up and there is absolutely nothing they could do. The delivery driver was still outside loading his van and yet no one came out to help stop the parcel from leaving. It was an expensive item and the guy in the van was even less interested to help. Thanx @Australiapost for aiding a scammer.

I visited the post office in stud park couldn’t believe how rude the Indian lady was too me very bad customer service I went to post office in Knoxfield lady was extremely friendly I will never go back to post office at stud park I noticed there other reviews are bad not good services doesn’t hurt to be friendly shame on them

The customer service at Stud Park was great. The lady serving actually explained the Passport process. I had previously gone to Knox City and the service there was terrible. A smile goes a long way. :)The only down side is that it is too small to accommodate customers.

Very Rude and unhelpful staff , Have waited for a very long time for my turn to book an overseas parcel and on my turn the representative completely misguided me and told it can not be booked .Have visited to a neighbouring suburb post office and get my parcel booked with in less than 2 minutes .Never recommend any one going there unless that's the last post office in the world,

The customer service & wait time is pathetic. I requested express post & was told I couldn’t have it due to parcels already have been collected for the day. Four days later my tracking states that parcel is still in facility, this is not the first time this has happened. When posting from this post office the item stays in the facility for days before they actually send it out. I do not recommend this post office, especially if you want to send parcels in a hurry! I gave one star because I had to in order to post this review - I would rather give 0️⃣ … I will lodge an offical complaint to Australia Post!

Very rude staffs. After spending 40 minutes in queue, when I reached the counter I was told that their camera is not working that day to click photos for passport. They could have put a note outside instead of wasting our times. On top of it the staffs were not apologetic at all.
