Hands down one of the best.Having many injuries over the years and getting to the age where everything takes longer to recover I finally found the answer. After only a few session’s with Brooke I’m now pain free and able to do things I didn’t think I’d be able to do again.Highly recommend.

Being in constant pain for a number of months, having tried many other treatments, Brooke managed to get me 90% pain free in just 2 sessions. Great overall experience, customer service, support and empathy. Life has damaged and wore my body down, so will not be hestitating to go back as required.

Recently i had a treatment with Brooke from Alife massage. She is caring, has excellent pressure, enough to get in and work the problems without shutting my body down. I highly recommend Brooke as a practitioner , i booked in for two hours as i really needed it, she has a great knowledge of the body , anatomy and physiology and this combined with attention to detail left me feeling so happy to find such a brilliant practitioner.
