Australia Post - Bexley LPO

Bexley Post Office is fantastic post office to vista or all your postal needs staff are amazing always welcoming happy to assist no matter what, extremely friendly and professional. All staff always go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and make sure you have positive experience no matter what.

Bexley Post office is honestly the worst in the area. This family that run the post office are so incompetent on all levels. Their customer service is absolutely disgusting & the way they interact with customers is terribly rude. I unfortunately had to attend to pick up a parcel which was sent there, the email I received specifically stated by end of business pickup on the 29/4, I arrive at 12.00 noon and they had returned my parcel back the day before on the 28/4. They dismissed the fact they returned the package the day before and kept on telling me it was my fault for basically doing exactly what the email stated. A less than one star rating is more appropriate for Bexley PO. They harass customers for google reviews and they have been seen actually typing the review for the customer whilst they are standing there on the customers behalf. They need to go!!!

Been customer of bexley post office for over 10years never had any issues with them dont take negative reviews serious people just want to damage their ratings. Im writing this review on my own free will to support my local post office who has treated me with the up most professional manner all the time over the past 10years love bexley post office
