Food was really good. I loved the signature chicken dish, it's quite hot. A very friendly service. Will definitely go back again.

What a great place it is.. we are on road trip and on our way back to Brisbane and missing quality food as we can’t cook much.. husband found this place by the reviews and it’s 40 minutes round trip so I was reluctant to spend that long as we are working for the day from the city ..finally hubby convinced me and we went there.. husband ordered a chicken biryani and I asked for dosa(was not sure what to have).. chef suggested me to try Dahl and rice with ghee and pickle( ultimate combo for South Indian vegetarians ).. everything was soo fresh and delicious.After the lunch he offered a complimentary Mysore pak(homemade) which was soo delicious..Chef made sure that we had the food till the tummy full..I wish this restaurant is in Melbourne. Would definitely go back whenever we visit this place.A must try for people who want to try Indian “authentic” food…Hospitality 5 starQuality/freshness 5starQuantity 5star

Have only ordered from here twice. Got the standard Biryani both times cause it is honestly amazing. The restaurant itself is meh. It's not bad, but I wouldnt want to dine in there. But the food is just incredible. You can smell the difference between this place and other more franchised indian food places as soon as you walk in. The smell just hits you like an avalanche (in a good way). The spices and aromatics smell so good and the food is the best indian dish I've ever had.

CK Biryanis are specialized in biryani, specially Chicken and Lamb Biryani, CK is at his best for Biryani and Mysore Pak these are our most favorite dishes from CK. We tried Biryani in other places in town but no one would do any better than these guys. Recent Goat biryani was delicious. We highly recommend for meals they doing better deals for students these days. Good luck guys and keep up the quality !

Delicious Indian. I had the lamb korma, butter chicken and the Dahl. Everything was full of flavour and perfect spice. My wife and I polished it all off and agreed that this will be our go to indian for the future.

CK's chicken biryani is the best biryani I've ever had and the equal best and most authentic Indian food I've had outside India. Compared to typical Indian restaurants in Australia, the chicken biryani is on the spicier side, maybe a typical medium spice level, but if you can handle that, it is so worth it. The dishes taste more authentic than most other Australian Indian cuisine I've had.

The perfect comfort meal! Was well overdue for a hearty South Indian meal, and this restaurant did not disappoint. Amazing family owned business! When talking to owners, you can really feel their love for food. A new restaurant rotation spot for me! Thank you for the wonderful meal! The biriyani is to die for, an amazing find!

Absolutely fantastic biryani, with a perfect amount of spice, and mixed with moist flavoursome chicken - the pops of colour were a rare and exciting touch as well. The gulab jamun were soft and rich also.Staff were kind and caring, it felt like eating in a welcoming home with warm food.The atmosphere of the place is very simple, but the food more than speaks for itself! There is takeaway so it is not an issue either way.

Went @noon and had steaming hot chicken DUM(way of cooking) biryani, yummy, authentic and delicious. Wiped my plate clean as I was starving. Highly recommended.

The best Indian food I have ever had in Townsville. Consistently very delicious and very flavourful food. Amazing customer service. Would go here anytime.
