Noni B Burwood

Noni B has really gone downhill! I went into the store yesterday after receiving a message stating 50-70 per cent off. The lady at store was rude and said it's only 70 per cent in some stores. How are you supposed to work out which store is 70 per cent off then? There were only 2 dressing rooms available with ladders and clothing in other they 2. Finally to add further insult the lady said Its 30 cents for a plastic bag" says so AFTER I have paid for the clothes!! She then said otherwise I will just wrap it in tissue paper and you can carry it in that! Save your money and go to Millers which is much better!"

Disappointed. I went all the way here because it said it closed at 6PM on Google Maps. Arrived ay 4.20 and they're closed. Misleading!

Worst!! My support seeker was really looking forward to buying a dress at Noni B since she had been a member and a loyal customer with the brand at Roselands. This afternoon we decided to visit the Burwood Noni B since the one at Roselands is closed due to renovation. As we entered the store, there stood a staff with dreadful facial expression instead of a warm smile like any other sales person would. Maybe it was just her face, never mind I thought and as we strolled further in my support seeker pulled out a catalogue that was posted to her and we asked the grumpy lady if she could help us find the dress shown on the catalogue. She goes “oh dear don’t look in this section these are all evening wears” as if to say we can’t have a look at what we want. “What does she want?” And then my seeker goes “can you please show me this blue dress please” and the grumpy staff so rudely says “oh you won’t find it in your size” and “what does she want”. I wanted to tell the staff that the one in the wheelchair is the actual customer and that she is not deaf or anything less of a human than herself and she should better listen to her when she is being talked to. Never mind we pick a dress and quietly go into the fitting room. Ofcourse there was a bigger fitting room where wheelchairs are accessible but the only problem is THeY were occupied. I asked the rude staff again if there Was anyway she could help remove the things occupying the fitting rooms and she quickly goes “oh never mind that area love there is no room in there” I said yes I can see there are thing could you do something about it. She hurries towards us and says these are too heavy to lift so just use the other fitting rooms. DUH!! The other rooms are the smaller ones and these two in talkig about are the bigger ones you ignorant selfish person!! There was one person who can barely squeeze into the tiny door with limited mobility yet trying to get into the room to try on the dress without creating a fuss and here was this staff who instead of provinding customer service was instead turning us down in every way possible. I took pictures and even talked to the younger staff who was there. I told the other staff I’m writing it down in the reviews and that it was the worst customer experience ever. My support seeker did not deserve to be treated this way. My support seeker did like a dress and she bought it today but the treatment she got at NoNi B today will remain in her.. I wish I could sit her down and give her a few lessons on empathy and compassion. Awful experience.

Even though Noni B have gone down in quality overall, this particular store is the pits. It is dirty, only 2 of the 4 fitting rooms are available and one of those has a broken lock. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Although this is my closest store I will not shop there again after today's experience. I asked for help to find an item and was told whatever we have is out there""

When I entered the shop a staff member was yelling on a call and wouldn't serve me for around 10 minutes. When this staff member gets off the call she says computers are down even though they clearly weren't. I come back 20 minutes later and no ones in the shop.

I recently visited the Noni B store in Burwood and was disappointed with the poor customer service I received. The sales lady who assisted me was rude and unhelpful, which made me feel like my request was an inconvenience. I wanted an exchange on a size as it was not available at the Burwood store, so I asked if she could check if the size was available at the Macquarie Centre store. Instead of offering to help, she told me that the system might be down and that she was too busy managing the store to check for me. (At the time there was only another customer who was casually browsing and required no assistance plus there were two NB sales reps). This was not the kind of service I expected from Noni B.Additionally, my mother had a similar experience in the past where she was browsing through clothes and was told not to mess them up from another sales rep. This kind of attitude towards customers is unacceptable.As a loyal customer of Noni B, I think it's important that staff members at the Burwood store receive additional training on how to provide excellent customer service. Customers should be treated with respect and given the help they need, especially when they're trying to make a purchase. I hope that Noni B can address these issues to improve the shopping experience for everyone.
