As we stop at BP gin gin we were heading to brisbane as I filled up the tank and asked for the coffee first the lady she didn’t adress us properly as she felt me she’s doing racism on me she make faces on me as i asked her what’s wrong she didn’t reply anything sorry to reveal her name but her name was chalesa store manager should consider it thanks and give proper training to lady how to treat people and not spread hate

Paid for 2 large coffees, asked for a long black and a Caramel Latte but what she gave were 2 large cups of warm milk and a little bit of coffee. We were a little excited to see the Merlo flag so we turned around to go back to it, and get nothing of what we paid for. Very expensive cups of milk that we didn't want to drink. Wish we tasted it before we drove off

After along drive from Mackay to the Gold Coast we stopped at BP in Gin Gin for fuel, toilet break and 5 coffees and 2 hot chocolates. When we survived by a older lady that was very rude and told us straight to our face that we were wasting her time when giving our coffee order because she's got lots of other things to do instead. We were the only customers in the store so was not holding up anyone. She also had a go at us for going to the toilet first with my kids in the car (urgently needed the toilet) instead of paying the fuel first. I will never stop there again and ended up driving back to PUMA to get better service and and our 5 coffees and 2 hot chocolates. So please stop at PUMA service station instead of the BP if you want good and friendly service. This was on the 3rd of Feb, 2022 at 20:25pm.

BP Gin Gin Wednesday 2nd June 9.15pm. The rudest most ignorant woman working there. Now we know why BP was empty and servo next door was packed. She was disgustingly rude. Lady if you hate your job and people so much get another job.

Absolutely shocking customer service, asked for a commonly known coffee and the lady at the register snapped and yelled at me, saying they don’t sell it here, they only sell what’s on the board (it was on the board), and as I walked away snapped at my partner and said rudely if she wants a fancy coffee go somewhere else.A couple people around me saw the incident and even came up to me saying that she was incredibly rude and out of line. BP should really take closer care into who they hire and focus on customer services more.

Brilliant coffee, didnt burn my tongue. Fast service, bought a bacon and egg muffin, so nice and fresh. Toilets were clean. Great place to stop and walk the dogs while travelling.

After happily stopping here on many trips over the years, the experience we had yesterday was absolutely disgusting.First visit: We ordered 2 lots of bacon & eggs at 7:30am. At 8am, I asked when we could expect to get the food - they had not even started cooking. There were two ladies on, both were more interested in talking than remembering that an order had been taken. The older lady then started on me when I questioned that maybe we would need to cancel the order as we were on a schedule. But we chose to stay & waited another 10 mins to get the food. We were given a cup of coffee to “make up” for the hassle but it was undrinkable.On the way home at 6pm, we hoped to get a burger. After the morning fiasco, and knowing it would be different staff, we decided to try again. However we were soon told that the kitchen was closed - 6pm dinner time! The only food that was available was from the hotbox & it did not look appealing at all. More fool us!To say we were disgusted is an understatement. It appears that since the upgrade of the servo, the service has continued to deteriorate. It will be a long time before we stop there again.

The first, and definitely last time I'll try this place when driving through. Just drive in and throw your wallet at the counter and leave.The most over priced food in a servo I've ever seen. Nearly $30 for a bacon and egg roll that was dried out, a chicken roll that was also pretty average, and a milk drink?Do yourself a favour and go to the neighbouring service station.
