The Pet Teacher

Alicia has been running weekend lessons for our community. My dog dodge has a great time and we have been learning lots about each other.Dodge is 8 months old staffy x mastiff. Over time Alicia has empowered us to get dodge where he reacts less and is now able to be off lead and still respond to instructions.Alicia is a great pet teacher.

Alicia is unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. One consult with her answered so many question and concerns my wife and I had. When she left we felt uplifted by the knowledge she had imparted on us, from how to make play time enjoyable for all, to the finer points of how our pets perceive our actions and body language. We now feel as if we can proceed with confidence in raising our pets well so they may be loving companions for many years to come. She is a genuinely learned professional and a great benefactor of all cats, dogs and pet parents.

The most knowledgeable and professional dog whisperer! Knows how dogs think and why they do what they do. Alicia saved our dog from being declared menacing. If you have a dog ( or other pet) issue, you will not go wrong with Alicia, The Pet Teacher.

Alicia is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to dogs. In the few sessions I’ve had with her, I’ve been able to recognise certain cues from my reactive girl that need to be stopped and she has given feedback to help curb these unwanted behaviours. My favourite thing about Alicia is that she demonstrates as she teaches. As someone who is a visual and hands on learner this is beyond helpful when trying to navigate the world of dog behaviour and their certain signals, they have to say whether they are stressed, relaxed, uncomfortable etc. after then demonstrating what needs to be done, she then stays with you and watches as you have a turn and helps correct things that need working on. Would definitely recommend Alicia, as I’ve seen improvement in my dog, I didn’t think was possible, and each session is something I look forward to, helping build that relationship with my dog.

What a relief it was meeting Alicia, she is easy to talk to and I can see improvement in the pups already. Her magic words really work, their behaviour has improved and they even sleep later. I recommend The Pet Teacher, her lessons will improve life for you and your pet.
