My mum has dementia and was confused and disoriented so she called into your shop to ask for directions and you dropped everything and kindly drove her to the Aged Care Home. It was Valentine’s Day - one of the busiest days of the year. Thank you so much for your help, you have restored my faith in humanity!

Amazing customer service. So lovely and accommodating. Very easy. Did it all over the phone with same day delivery (ordered before 10am). Very happy with the bouquet as well. Will be ordering from here again ^.^

Rang at 5.30 on a Saturday for a Baby Arrival, the lady went straight in and arranged the Flowers, Chocolates and Teddy Bear, and it was ready within the hour.You just don't get Service like this any more.10/10

10/10 Service absolutely Exceptional.I took my very own Vase into Kerrie in Moama and she Arranged and Designed the Most Beautiful Flowers into my vase (at no extra charge I might add !).The Flowers were Stunning and Fresh, and two weeks later still going Strong.I have tried all of the Florists in Echuca Moama, this Florist is head and shoulders above the rest. 10/10.
