Best salon experience I’ve ever had in Canberra. I’ve been looking for someone I can go to for a long time who actually takes their time and cares about my nails. I got my acrylics removed very safely, had my nails looked at because they were very damaged from acrylics. They were cleaned and manicured in detail and then I also got a Japanese style base on my natural nails that made them more thick so they don’t look weak and brittle and a gel polish done too. Kate really cared about the health of my nails, made them look amazing and made sure i was leaving happy with how they looked even though I was sceptical about how short they are because they were previously damaged, she also wanted me to not get infills anymore so my natural nails would grow and be strong and beautiful. I’ve never had an experience like this where I’ve felt a nail tech was almost like a friend and cared so much. The price is worth the experience and service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone better.I can’t wait to go back! Thank you x

I am very disappointed in the quality and the service.3 of my nails were peeling off after 6 days, even though I was being very careful. (Especially because I paid $290)The way she dealt with this issue is very poor.I first contacted her a week and half ago and it hasn’t solved yet.It’s been 5 days since she offered me some refund, however she stopped responding since then. (I sent her my details for refund)Price list was written in Chinese and there was no English version of it.So if you don’t know Chinese, please be careful of price. There was no specific price for design.Hygiene of the place is also questionable.Her cat is lovely but cats hair is literally everywhere that she had to take them away from my nails during she was doing my nails.The bathroom where you wash hands was filthy dirty with pink moulds.Update: it’s been more than a month and she hasn’t refunded money yet. She’s not even reading my messages since I last contacted her on 4th Jan. I seriously don’t recommend if youd like to avoid trouble.

The Nail Lady is a breath of fresh air.Kate is a one woman show so you get her full attention from start to finish.She knows her stuff highly recommend her!

Been having my nails done by Kate for a year and she is absolutely amazing. They never break (unless I have done something silly like falling down the stairs), never chip and I get so many comments on how amazing my nails always look. Her designs are amazing

I LOVE my eyelashes I can’t even feel them there and there so soft it’s such a lovely place to go to sooo comfortable and there’s a cat LUCKY he’s the most adorable kitty EVER I’m definitely going back again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Kate is amazing! She did such a wonderful job on my manicure and pedicure, she takes her time to make sure she does your nails perfectly, and she is very patient. You pay a tiny bit more than at other salons but for the service and the end result, it is worth it. Highly recommend!

The Chinese New Year is coming soon, which is the Year of the Rabbit, so I made this rabbit manicure, I really like it. Also I love my eyelashes, they looks natural and very soft eyelash. so I highly recommend this store. The environment is nice, clean, and the service is very good. My nails were done for about four hours. The owner patiently helped me design patterns and hand-paint. definitely will come again

They really are open until the early hours. The service is very good, the eyelashes are extended quickly, and the environment is also very good. The aromatherapy in the store smells very good, and the music is very relaxing. I fell asleep quickly. I adore my lashes when I wake up
