Installed three new smoke alarms and front door sensor light. The old smoke alarms were spasmodically going off for no reason and very disturbing so job was urgent. Few months ago, a tradie from Hi Page came to my house and replaced my old safety switches with new ones, but I experienced a short circuit problem in the house lighting soon after he left which caused one of the switches to trip down. I called the tradie several times and he claimed that the problem was inside the house, and he was not intrested in fixing the problem even though I was willing to pay him for the work. The tradie did not complete the work or send to me a certificate of his work which he agreed to provide before he started the work.Then on 8 January 2022, I called Daniel whom I found through Hi Page also and asked him to investigate the problem and fix it. Daniel explained to me his plan and provided me with detailed quotes for the investigation and testing and for the repair stages.Daniel with his assistant spent one day completing the project during which he installed an earth wire, replaced one faulty cable inside the house, replaced the outside lightings with sensor lightings, removed all the old lights and rubbish. Daniel tested his work before he left and made sure that everything is working perfectly.Given the time he spent throughout this project, his excellent experience, high-quality work, and communication skills, I found his pricing was relatively reasonable.It has been a pleasure dealing with Daniel throughout this project. Daniel is very knowledgeable with an excellent experience. He is very organised, friendly, and has excellent customer service.I strongly recommend him to everyone if you want a piece of mind.
