Trustpilot AU

You can't trust Trustpilot. We gave a bad review to Total AV antivirus after their product destroyed one of our computers. All Total AV had to do was to say that we didn't buy their product. The invoice we received from them was in the form of an email, and that email was lost when their product destroyed our computer. We have the charge from Total AV and a refund on our credit card statement, and we provided Trustpilot with evidence that Total AV had been liaising with my wife through an email that she had forwarded to me before her computer was destroyed.This should have been enough evidence that we did in fact purchase the product, but NOOOOOOO!, Trustpilot decides to side with TotalAV. That Trustpilot 5 stars everyone seems to have means absolutely nothing.

This is yet another example of Google 5 star ratings for other companies being applied to TrustPilot reviews. Again, the actual score is a lot lower. See the Trust Pilot reviews for Denmark.Shame on you Google for not sorting this out.

This company is a con - they remove honest negative feedback for large companies.
