Lithgow Lavender Massage
Was on the table less than 5mins and phone rings . Stop the massage . Then customer comes in and massage stops . Can fully hear conversation and masseuses returns and tells me she will put hot rocks on me and come back in 20mins whilst she provides a service to the new customer . Remove hot rocks , get dressed and leave . Appalling if you are needing treatment for an injury . If your looking for other things then this appears to be the place .

Kate has helped me with multiple injuries. Injuries that other discipline's have failed to treat successfully i.e. chiro and acupuncture. Bedside manner aside, you will struggle to find a therapist that can treat and heal your body like she can. Her knowledge is thorough. I've had remedial and sports massages for over fifteen years from therapists all over Australia. Kate is the business! As a regular, I'm wrapped.

One of the worst customer services ever. First the owner ask for cash money before the massage. Since i had no cash, I transferred money via bank transfer (No Eftpos here) as she was okay with it. She was happy with the transfer as I showed proof and did the tranfer infront of her.Halfway through the massage she acuses of me of not paying and the money hasn't arrived in her account and passes racist comments. I was truly shocked by the behaviour and at that point I didn't care about the rest of the massage and was more than happy to leave the place.

the lady very rude. she insisted to see my bank balance because she think I didn’t pay. give me order and instructions like I went there for free. paid $100 for 15 minute massage. had to leave the place, had enough with her attitude. she is very picky who she want to treat good or bad. worst ever.

Worst massage ever. I can’t believe got hustled by a masseur. Massage two customer at the same time. Purposely leave the heater off when the temp out there was 11 degree celcius. Using the same towel from previous customer as I can see the oil stains on the bed sheets and towel. Not even worth one star. Dodgy business.
