Absolutely appalling service, first time coming through a couple of weeks ago the customer service horrible, but that doesn't even compare to tonight where the lady taking my order sounded uninterested and told me to hurry up" and "just order" when I was asking for recommendations on the meat. Her overall disrespectful attitude ruined my night and that was on top of the 30+ minute wait

It's unfortunate that your experience very much depends on who makes your burrito/serves you. I have had fantastic, very well made burritos and then have also had burritos that have next to nothing in them or are very poorly wrapped. I have had some staff greet me and make small talk and others just stare at me when I approach the counter waiting for me to say something first. Tonight I ordered online and when I unwrapped my burrito when I got it home it was about 1/3 full compared to what I usually get. I was so disappointed. I shouldn't have to but next time I will have to check my order before I drive home. Maybe some of the staff need to have a refresher on their training?
