Last week while washing my car at Baywash I complained that the coin machine wasn't working to a staff member who politely apologised and paid for the whole wash. I then realised that I was holding a NZ coin in my hand and there was no fault with the machine. Oops! When I tried to pay back the attendant he laughed and refused my money. So here's a good review for you for being so nice to me!

Took my daughters car to the assisted wash area and met the nicest young man who helped me with the process. So helpful and informative. Great customer service and support. Thank you Khan, you are a wonderful person.

As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted by a young attendant, who politely and professionally advised me that the wait won’t be long and the reason the second bay was closed.Wasn’t long before I was being attended to by two very polite and professional young men who made things very easy and had me seen to and on my way in not time.The manager and two employee’s are a credit to this business. Great experience overall.

Love the extra service the staff provide before the wash. Most machine wash can’t get the nitty and gritty parts of the grill behind the bull bar and the wheels, the staff really did a fantastic work for the price.Only gave 4 star due to the lack of blow dry that could save considerable effort drying afterwards by hand.

On Sunday, March 12th, at 11:00 am, the employee who worked was too sloppy and had a bad attitude. I plan not to go there again when that employee(skinny guy) is at work.

WOW!!! I used other car detailers regularly and never happy with quality of work however this was above expectations!!!!! Everything shiny clean, wiped with protectant. Very high standards and level of detail. Opened my car and wasba bit shocked. To top it of Khan had exceptional communication and customer service skills, kept us informed and just went above and beyond. I will be a returning customer for all my cleans and would highly recommend. Also very trustworthy as i left hig value items in car and all there and neatly arranged on return.
