The booking system and communication in the lead up was great. The meet and greet and confirmation of food run through was terrific. Paige was fabulous with the children and also within the party room. She's definitely an asset to your team.

The staff were really nice but also I was just impressed how well they interacted with the children in a helpful and informative manner, there was one staff member in particular (short dread locks, didn't catch his name) who was teaching the boys some moves (great skills BTW!!) and shooting hoops with them. If he puts this much effort into work all the time, this guy needs a $raise, well done! My kids had a blast and we will be back for sure. Oh and if it's any consolation, the venue was very clean and tidy. Cannington Bounce great work.

Easy online booking. Fair Pricing. Greeted by a friendly and informative team member. All staff extremely helpful and interactive. Venue was clean and well laid out. My children had a blast! Highly recommend for an easy activity / outing for the kids ....& adults :)

Great fun with kids and we found it wasn't too busy during the first hour 9am on a Saturday. The XPark area is awesome when they want a break from bouncing around.Be prepared for how noisy it is inside Bounce but otherwise a great spot for an hour or so. There's plenty of room to sit up stairs and a quieter area down below where the party groups gather. There's cubes for shoes and personal stuff and a cafe to buy food and drinks. Clean toilets and friendly helpful staff at the counter and on the floor when we were there.

It was my sons 2nd birthday when we atended and all the staff were so kind and helpful. It made his day amazing. Some staff went out of their way to make his time more enjoyable and as first time attendees it made the time way easier and enjoyable. 10/10 would recommendChicky Nuggies were pretty good too

Well kids are not allowed to use high jump or play dodge ball when ever there is a birthday party going on.. N keeping in mind there's always birthday going on so individual kids can't use it, and when there is no party no personal to look after other kids too. So its like wasting money as u can use soft play area only. On party section 5 crew members n the rest no one around when u need something

Very family friend facility and is so much fun! Would definitely recommend being careful if you have knee or back problems, but it’s a great place for kids!The staff here are super friendly and the interior is great!
