refused to take me as a client, treated me like a criminal before I even spoke with a psychologist. Reception was rude, unhelpful and judgemental. They assumed with zero information.I was seeking help due to a long history of various abuses and reception refused to allow an appointment, demanded personal information that was unrelated to the help I was seeking and outright degrading.This clinic made me feel humiliated and degraded, like I’m not allowed support or worth helping. I feel worthless, I have been treated lesser than a criminal and feel completely degraded. I wouldn’t give a single star for this clinic. It is highly discriminatory.

Every time I need help they are there. It’s one of the best decisions I made to help with my mental space and achieve the goals that they help me set out for myself.

My appointment was amazing, the team was extremely understanding and none judgemental. Always a little bit nervous at first but the team really helps you to calm those nerves and to find a fit solution to whatever you may be suffering from.Thumbs up guys, would strongly recommend this company ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Was a bit disappointed after missing a phone call which was a few minutes after appointment time. I had a message saying that they would call me back in a few minutes which never happened. I had called back 5 mins later asking if they could call me back to start session, didn’t hear anything for 5 mins, so I had called again to ask if she could please call me to start out session. Moving on 30mins I called again leaving a message, stating that I’m guessing you are cancelled my appointment? After leaving a message. I get a phone call stating that she had moved on to someone else when I didn’t answer the first time and I would be either charged the cancellation fee or get Medicare to cover it. What happened to call again? I’m very disappointed in how this was all handled and how I was treated as a client. I guess I’ll stick to face to face counselling.

An absolute disgrace of a company. I was treated like a second rate citizen by Matthew the owner. As being a parolee Matthew really didn't want my business . He terminated my using Gateway for not excepting a booking time when I was only given 12 hours notice. . I had prior arrangements . Do not use this company .

Appalling reception. The therapist I've been talking to helped alot, but I was scoffed, huffed and puffed at when I requested a change of schedule was fine to pay the fee but I didn't realise I would be required to pay upfront and didn't have the funds, I asked if an invoice could be sent so I could pay on the day I get paid and was treated like I was an idiot I explained the situation briefly and was verbally attacked instead of being met with understanding. For a mental health place I wouldn't recommend at all. this occurrence caused alot of stress on myself.

Great friendly environment. Always on time. They know exactly what they are talking about. Couldn’t be happier with their service. Definitely recommend!
