Easy to deal with friendly staff

Took my car there because I had an accident near there and they were an RACV approved repairer. Car was a write off which was fair enough it would have cost RACV more to fix it than it was worth. I wanted the car kept their for 24 hours in the massive parking lot they have to give me an opportunity to get my stuff from the car. Had a lot of stuff in it and installed etc. He wouldn't give me a straight answer on it said maybe it'll be there maybe it won't. Called RACV and they instructed him to keep the car there for me to get my stuff. He didn't and he sent the car to Rentsch's so what would have been a 10 minute job became a much longer job of me carting stuff halfway across Rentschs because of where they had put the car and where I could park my friend's car. Plus the guy who owns the place that I dealt with was super rude throughout the whole process, I guess he thought I had no other choice than to use him as it was an insurance job. But my advice would be if you do have a choice in who you use, use someone else.

Great service. Fast turn around (they even washed my car). Most of all it’s affordable. Thanks so much! I’ll definitely use them again if I need to (fingers crossed I won’t though... in a good way)

Terry was great to deal with he kept me up to date when the parts were held up. Got our car in as soon as the parts arrived and had the car repaired and back to us in a short time reducing the drama of not having the car.Great work

Unprofessional. was on the phone the whole time. Told me it was a waste of time to repaint my car and to just drive it and buy a new one. He said I got it cheap as the prior owner knew how much it would cost to get it repainted.Needless to say it’s was from a family friend. The interior is as new another wrong with the car, I’d have happily spent over $3000 to get the work done that I wanted and the colour.He didn’t even bother to give me a quote and then told me to leave as another costumer turned up. Service doesn’t even deserve a star

The man Terry is an absolute stunner of a gentleman.I live in Auckland and wanted a quote for a car I was buying in his town.Just dont know how people can be so kind.He is chocker with work but still went to the place where my car was and advised me in absolute detail what needed done BUT which he was not able to take on coz he was just too busy. What a mate.Im gonna go have a beer with him when next I go to Aussie.If in case anyone wants any panel beating jobs done in that area one would do well to go to this gentleman's business.Thanks Terry much appreciate your help today.May god bless you.Chow

If the shop is busy there is a reason. They are good.
