Today I found the best florist! Best service!... Best helpfulness!...Best Value!... Initially I phoned before she opened... but she rang me back! Wonderful! I wanted potted plant gifts and hers were special. She got them delivered the same day too. ( this is exceptional at the moment, I can tell you! Greens delivered an ornamental pot filled with a Monstera plant for my daughter's birthday today (Lockdown). They were so thorough, even ringing me as the pot wasn't exactly the one pictured on the website - fantastic, punctual service. I received photos from them once it had been delivered. So grateful - well done one being so committed to your customers, needs.I would recommend this florist without hesitation - very reasonably priced as well.

Order was placed on 8 Dec for 10 Dec: delivery less than 1km from their store.First, you can see what was delivered was not at all per what was advertised: looks like a chrysanthemum bouquet for $65.Second, the delivery was made at the end of the day despite being less than 1km from the delivery point. What’s the point of selecting a local store for the birthday person to receive their flowers at the end of their Sunday?Third, when I called at 4:06pm to find out the status of my order - the person on the phone told me that my order was all “messed up” because I had misunderstood the “Note” section as being the delivery note and therefore entered delivery instructions. Perhaps change the section header to “Message to Recipient” instead of “Note”! Especially as it comes after the recipient’s address.

I brought some flowers for my partner earlier this week. Mareena did a fantastic job in preparing and the delivering the flowers themselves. I highly recommend her services. Tell them Marcus sent ya!
