Wait online and see if they want to rectify.Paid over $8000 just 6 months ago for roof restoration and the roof leaked a month ago.Contacted the office through emails for multiple times. It seems no one cared about the 10 year warranty. Only email reply was saying a manager would contact me in a week but nothing.

My great roof restoration experience started with Rebecca. Rebecca came and inspected the roof of my house. Provided me with an honest overview of what needed to be done to restore the roof.She was very helpful and patient as I had to think about the right colour I wanted the roof to be painted. I also had quotes from other companies and after what seemed to be an easy decision I chose Roofshield. I am so glad that I did. The customer service I received from Rebecca, the office and Wayne, who completed the restoration was wonderful. The paint colour I chose from a swatch was a perfect match. My whole house looks like new now. Wayne provided a great service, cleaned up any mess and it was all finished in the time allocated. Overall I would definitely recommend Roofshield. Fantastic work by Sunshine Coast Roofshield. Rebecca contacted me within 12 hours of email inquiry, quoted within 24 hours and didn't pad the quote with unnecessary add on's. Honest reliable and great workmanship.

I am delighted with my fixed and repainted roof. I had several broken or chipped tiles and cracked capping and the very dull old brown tiles made the rest of the new house paint and renovation look lacklustre. However, it looks fabulous now and really finishes of the exterior of the house brilliantly. The price was very reasonable too. The staff were amazing, very professional and responsive. Barry did the initial quote and ensured the job was booked in well within the time before I was going away for a two-month trip. The office staff were consistent with their communication, both via the phone and email. Peter did the actual work and was wonderful. He worked so hard on extremely hot days and around the wet weather. He made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly and that there was no dirt on the house or pathways after the roof cleaning stage, even handwashing any marks off the new house paint rather than using the pressure cleaner. He was equally thorough and careful to ensure there was no overspray from the roof paint. I could not have asked for better service. The quality of the care, workmanship and finished product exceeded my expectations.

We are far more than impressed with the roof restoration process we have had done very recently. Shaun was EXCELLENT and his work of the highest standard. We can very highly recommend him to anyone.
