I was in my lunch break in a hurry but the staff are so friendly and helped me get my nails done. Very thankful x

Terrible service and very rude when I enquired how much longer when I had already waited 45 minutes after my booked appointment time. They see all the walk in’s first. This is not the first time it has happened.

Just moved into surrounding area , have tried a few Nail Salons but by far they are the best . Lovely staff . Very clean salon .Reasonable prices . Would highly recommend.

Possibly the worst nail experience of my life. I usually go to Pink Nails, but decided to give Chloe Nails a go as they seemed to be quieter.There was a man (presumably the manager) who continually answered phone calls on loudspeaker very loudly throughout the 1 hour and 30 minutes I was there. He was loud and then decided to cut his toe nails on the chair next to me.The lady who did my nails (wearing a blue adidas jacket) had to keep pressing down one of the SNS tip as it kept coming off and didn’t even use the fan to dry the SNS final coat. So of course as soon as I got to my car my nails had all smudged. Within 24 hours the nail that she kept pressing down had snapped off. I would have returned but I was in a rush and on holidays!Worst nails I have ever gotten. Save your money and go to Pink Nails where they are lovely and it is a relaxing environment! Thankfully Pink Nails were able to squeeze me in this morning and fix my nails.
