Just finished my RSA with them - I was worried because they were so cheap (and the other reviews) but I got my interim certificate that afternoon. I did have to email them about my ID and they emailed me back in 10 minutes.

Wish I had read the other reviews, as once I paid 18 April 2017), I have not been able to log back on to their website successfully since, it keeps saying down for scheduled maintenance for a few minutes. Maybe the wording instead of saying a few minutes

If there is lower than 1 star, I would definitely give them negative!!Guys don't ever use this so called HIA, I enrolled in RSA course, after submitting the assessment they confirmed that they received it, after few days, no reply, they said my assessment went to their spam??? What??? confirmed and then spam??then they sent me these questions I got marked wrong, I sent them the right answers , and never replied again after so many promises that they will come back to me, what happened to my certificate, I DON'T KNOW.... I am doing the RSA in an actual classroom, and I won't stop till I get my refund from them, GOOD LUCK to me, because there is no one to phone to, only emails, that they rarely answer.Be very careful guys!!!!

These guys were awesome! The course was easy to complete and Gemma was so quick and helpful when I forgot my log in details!

Avoid using this company! I know they are a little bit cheaper than some but I now know why. They NEVER EVER EVER answer the phone! They have answered SOME of my emails but it always takes time.I cannot access my Course so I cannot complete it. I will be chasing this up with whoever I have to. I want my $98 back NOW! If you cant tell Im not happy Jan! So over companies taking advantage of people like this. I dont know how you run a business properly when you NEVER answer the phone.UPDATE: They answered my email but about 3 hours later. They did also extend the course for me for 2 weeks so I should be thankful for that.

If i was able to leave zero stars I would... The lack of customer service is appalling, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a staff representative to call you. ALSO beware sometimes you will have to do numerous courses in order to obtain a simple certificate and they will not tell you about the additional courses you will need to complete unless you approach them snd of course they WILL charge you for each course!!! TOTAL SCAM!

Highly recommend HIA! Staff responded to my emails very fast. Website was easy to use, got my certificate so quickly for a job interview I had the same week!! Thanks a lot

The RSA online course :You can't actually speak to a human. Its like your dealing with computers everything seems automated . All help is via very impersonal emails with slow responses and they don't address you by name. The bottom line is you pay for what you get.Cheapest is not always the best .Better off going with someone else to obtain more personal support if needed. I don't recommend this company.

Do not use this company.Did my NSW RSA through them and it was terrible. They do not ever answer the phone, very slow to respond to emails.They marked my exam as multiple questions wrong even though they were correct, had to threaten to come in to the office to have someone finally call me to confirm I'd past the exam and answers were correct. Then didn't get my interim certificate for 3 days, after I once again had to threaten to go in.No apologies either.

After buying my RSA and it not coming through to my account, yet I have receipt online. Tried calling/Emailing the company and still no reply, If nothing is re reimbursed I will be disputing this.
