The service provided by Rockdale City Kia is outstanding, the team is professional, friendly and helpful. The experience at the dealership is just top notch. Would like to give an extra shout out to Jason Gerungan, is such an asset to this dealership, he went above & beyond to assist me. Jason would always return calls when promised & always provided regular updates, 10/10 in service, excellence in all aspects. I cannot rate or recommend Rockdale City Kia highly enough.

Nothing but positive experiences with this crew. Polite, efficient and excellent with communication. Special shout-out to the amazing Olivia in the office, who has consistently been outstanding with her customer service. She remembers everybody and is always several steps ahead when working out logistics and making bookings. We’ve forgotten a drop-off before and she was not only very understanding, but went out of her way to rebook us in at a really hectic time for them (near Christmas). What would normally be a stressful situation to juggle with kids and whatnot, is made easy and drama free thanks to Olivia. Makes a huge difference to the experience. ☺️

Serviced at Kia Service Centre at Wolli Creek - great professional service as soon as I drove in. Exchanged clear instructions with Bob and timing expectations; I was able to wait while the car was being serviced and washed. There was complementary coffee available inside and space should you wish to work while you wait. I’ll be back for my next service. Thank you Bob and team.

The best service centre in Sydney. Everything was very well communicated. Very reliable. I feel very confidant leaving my car with this service centre as they focus on getting the job done and rectifying the issues with my car. Today we booked in to check the car GPS as it has been disconnecting. George was extremely helpful in thoroughly explaining the situation with the GPS and how to reset it. I was very impressed with the service George provided today.
