I wanted to thank the incredible team at Total Physio. I started attending prenatal Pilates classes due to issues with my pelvis very early during pregnancy. I was in so much pain I thought I wouldn’t be able to walk by 3rd trimester. Margo’s knowledge & guidance through each class had an unbelievable impact - finally allowing me to enjoy pregnancy again.Today I went for my postpartum checkup. I had no choice but to bring my newborn, who was not happy!!!! As a mum who was flustered at her screaming baby, it meant so much that the team quickly rushed to do all they could to soothe him, allowing me to properly get the checks I needed.Thank you Margo & team, you went above and beyond today (as usual). Highly recommend!

I saw Eloise last year for my knee rehab, both pre- and post-op. She was fantastic- took me through the whole process with thorough explanations at every stage.I also brought my son here recently with a whiplash injury, and he was seen by both Rebecca and Donna, again very thorough and empathetic in their approach, making us both feel very reassured and able to understand the recovery process very well.I would have no hesitation in recommending Total Physio to all my friends and colleagues in the area.

Have been a long time patient at this physio practice - over 5yrs on and off, fantastic knowledgeable staff. Physio’s who I would usually book in with were booked out for an acute flare up of my back - so I booked in with Tom. I was honestly so impressed! Tom was well presented, thorough, explained everything he was assessing and the treatment plan. Would definitely recommend booking in with Tom.

Could not recommend the services offered at Total Physio enough! From the warm welcome at reception to being taken care of by Donna and her team - a huge thumbs up! Keep up the good work and SO glad that there's a great place so local, where I know with confidence that I will be taken care of for the numerous injuries that keep happening!

I saw Matt in January the second time about knee pain , he worked on me with a strong and painful massage and put his whole body into my hip when I have osteoporosis which is dangerous.I have a rare medical condition previously told him about and was on my file. He admitted to me that he did not read up on it. I trusted that he knew what he was doing.His negligence has resulted in extremely painful headaches every day, with dry reaching, and my condition has been exacerbated, after 4 years I was finally improving.I am now on strong pain relief.I did speak to Donna , who understood what had happened , she knew what he had done ,as she has had experience with my condition.I did send email last week to Matt and Donna as requested to let them know what I am like now, unfortunately no reply.

It was an absolute pleasure to visit the practice and see Rebecca, every person I encountered was professional, helpful and so accommodating. It really made an appointment where I had to bring my baby with me, a joyful experience. Rebecca’s manner, advice and practical help were also spot on.I would definitely recommend.

I saw Isabel for my jaw, she gave me some really good exercises to do and made me feel really comfortable. She was really sweet and helpful. Would 100% recommend her. ☺️

Love the prenatal exercise classes. I’ve noticed improvements to my pelvic floor, reduced pain in problem areas and amlearning a lot about labour. I’m feeling more prepared for birth and recovery post labour. Thanks Margo!

Total Physio have been my go to Physio since I have a L5/S1 back operation in 2014. Every therapist I have seen has been fantastic. Currently it is Lucy, who is just lovely. I have also referred my family & friends to Total Physio.
