After making a call to Super Charge about my battery having issues and still under warranty, I was placed through to the closest place. Told the place I would be there by 4:45pm which he was fine. Arrived by then to be greeted by one of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Firstly my ute wouldn’t fit in there so he bent the fibreglass antenna forward to an angle that wasn’t made for it just so I could fit in the garage, he then proceeded to open my bonnet in the meantime breaking the bracket that holds down the bonnet pole. I thought it’d be fine from there but I was wrong… He decided to comment about the ute in such a dodgy tone before stating that he can’t do it under warranty and to come back tomorrow. We couldn’t even get a word out to him without him just being rude. I guess he jumpstarted the ute for us though.Went down the road and had a brand new battery placed in within 10 minutes. It was not worth the hassle of trying for warranty from someone like that. I don’t recommend Local Batteries at all…

My car died at a service station ! From call to service must be like 5 minutes, my car has duel battery system and was quite painful for them so they jump started me to their shop checked the alternator and changed the battery immediately great service and fast thank you all

Bought a brand new supercharge battery with a 3 year warranty in July 2020. The battery was replaced in February 2023 under warranty. I was informed that the brand new battery that was put in, did not come with another 3 year warranty.. so I have five months warranty on a brand new battery…..

I had cause to need a new car battery today, Sunday! My son in law recommended this battery store.The gentleman who served me and my daughter Kath, was such a nice, kind, and, thoughtful person. He was so good with his estimation in which battery would suit our little 20yr old Honda Civic. He was spot on! Thank you so much for helping get the car moving within 10 minutes!

Just got my battery replaced by these guys, absolutely fantastic call out. Cheap call out fee, fair battery price and quick to get there. Dave that came out was the nicest person I've had do anything to my car, a good conversation and worked efficiently whilst having it. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would - Henry.
