City Cave Float & Wellness Centre Idalia

Fantastic facilities - I look forward to trying the float and the sauna rooms! Highly recommend Tegan for massage. She was very knowledgeable and I felt instantly better with a massive improvement to my sore spots. Looking forward to my coming back!

Highly recommend doing a float at city cave but you definitely need to do more than one. I couldn’t switch off on my first float but the second and third time has been amazing. The staff are super friendly and the chill out room is awesome to relax for 15-30 mins afterwards. I will be back weekly.

Very easy to book online and the staff were super helpful to answer any questions when we called up to clarify on what we had to do and bring. Their website has all the details you need to know to have an amazing first floatation experience and the staff were super helpful to recommend ways to enjoy it even more along with a little tour and video of the place to showcase what they had on offer. I definitely recommend going here to relax by yourself or with your partner to bring energy back into your life. The relaxation room is open for as long as they are open after you have completed your sessions making it a great place to relax for longer if you require. Super fun experience just effortlessly floating in the water. I recommend going for a cool shower before going into the water so it’s warm.

Went with my partner for a couples float and massage. Reception was kind and immediately got us relaxed and ready for our experience. The atmosphere in the relaxation area was spectacular (with tea!) and the staff handled our move prior to the float and between massages exceptionally. Tegan was an incredible masseuse with orthopaedic experience and wonderful demeanour. We finished our experience with the beauty area for all our self-care needs. Cant wait to go again!

Absolutely brilliant. I had a 45 min remedial massage with dry needling with Tegan. I have had frozen shoulder for 5 months. Unable to lift my arm fully and constant ache. Left today with mobility and so far ache free. I know that pain may come after Tegans work on me but that will be pain due to improvement. Back in two weeks for more.

The staff were so friendly, accepting and assistive all around. Personally have an RSI in my elbow and everyone gave supportive advice and some advice on methods for aftercare as well as checking in constantly. Highly recommend the sauna in general or after any other stuff that you do there as after care in its own right

I booked and used the 3 deal fauna package. Sauna, float & massage. So glad I did. Staff were fab and facilities were amazing. Have already rebooked for the same again. One very happy customer.

I’ve had a float and sauna experience as well as 3 additional floats now and I’ve loved every single experience. I use floating as a tool (amongst others) to manage my anxiety and I cannot express how much it helps. I already have my next appointment booked! The staff are wonderful and the amenities absolutely lovely. Cannot rate City Cave Idalia high enough!

I've done some of this stuff in maybe 15 countries now. This is one of the best! Was looking for a massage then thought I would try this instead. Booked for the SAME DAY. From arrival to departure everything was so smooth, clean, easy, relaxing. Dylan gave us a good run down on what to do and the whole time there, only saw one other person so it felt like we owned the place. Highly reccomended.
