Have found all the staff here super friendly and super knowledgeable and they always take the time to listen. Have had my hair cut or permed by all staff members here and am always extremely happy. Definitely a customer for life. And the cpr products are amazing. Thanks top Katz always a great experience.

Very happy. Took me a while to find a hairdresser I could trust after a few disasters at other salons but Mary-Anne is professional, friendly and experienced. My hair looks so much better since going here. Highly recommend :)

I would rate 10 stars if I could. Topkatz is by far one of the best hair salons I’ve been to in Brisbane. The team are so lovely and inviting, Taylor and Shania who have both worked on mine and my mums hair are always so accommodating and explain everything in detail so there’s no confusion. Prices are great, service is wonderful and my hair has never been healthier.The girls even looked after my mum who can be a little fussy sometimes. We both have big crazy hair which can be time consuming and hefty to deal with, so we really appreciate the level of effort and care provided!!Marley x

My partner has had her hair DESTROYED from this place. After walking out of her last appointment here we all noticed her hair was 1/4 the density already (severely thinned out) but she had too much heart to speak up. After a few weeks went by... most of what was left of her hair has snapped close to the head (not at all down low). It is VERY clearly due to poor experience as an educated hairdresser would know how to avoid this. She has had long, thick hair her entire life and unfortunately this has destroyed her confidence and has to wear hairpieces EVERY DAY now. She says she has followed all advice given, regularly treating her hair with the products recommended, never using straightener, barely swimming and avoids purple shampoo. The salon cannot blame her on this one whatsoever as the snaps are CENTIMETRES from the scalp. She finally had the courage (and time) to drop into the salon for urgent advice however staff completely disregarded the seriousness of this scenario with lack of remorse or understanding. It would have taken a FEW short minutes to discuss, support and advise her, but instead attempted to push her to make an appointment for a consultation after she made it clear she works very heavy hours during regular business hours. Staff insisted the current clients were more important and could not wait a mere 2 minutes. She was basically shoo'd out, I picked her up in tears and at wits end. To no suprise we were welcomed by another salon shortly after whom did a very quick assessment (litrally ran her fingers through her hair at the reception desk) and supplied her with the advice she needed. They did also confirm the wreckage was due to overprocessing. This is so sad and I hate watching her go through this. Fair enough accidents happen but to show no concern or prioritise this after she bought it to your attention shame on you.
