The shop is under new management.The old manager was not very nice to customers, but the new manager, Bernie, is very nice. She's friendly and efficient, the shop is clean and the food tastes good.She even remembers my order since I usually get the same thing.Would recommend!

Taste is always good. Good service. But quantity was very less. I ordered a salad, so if I choose a small portion and selected all vegetables I would have got a bowl full, but when I select 3 vegetables then every vegetable quantity goes less and it’s not even half box. So we need to choose wisely.

Rude staff roled her eyes every time we said something no greating. Put stuff all salad and stuff on the sub would not go back when you spending $40 on food and bearly get any food

Around lunch time had limited options available on subs because they ran out of items. I don't want to pay for a sub that is missing most of the items I wanted.

paid an extra $2 for ‘extra’ cheese that was the same as a normal portion. staff are nice enough always seem to be stressed/ undertrained. Definitely prefer Moss Vale over this one.
