I've never been disappointed with the 10 years of experience I've had with this Business. I first purchased a bedroom set in 2012 for my girls and have since returned for more items as I was extremely pleased with the quality. The beds were custom made to my liking delivered and assembled. I recently got a queen size bed and the quality is amazing. They have friendly customer service that are happy to help. Highly recommend.

Saff is so rude and disrespectful to the customer.Never going back to them and suggest others to do the same.They should first learn customer care before handling customer facing jobs

I had the worst experience dealing with these guys speciallt one sales women who was so rude that I cant imagine how can the owner hire her in customer service position when she doesnt eve know how to speak.Firstly they cancelled coffee table which I bought alongside with lounge matching color and contrast. After waiting for more than 2 months for it.That lady from the store.Called me up saying cant deliver the order either take refund or we'll give 60% discount. She was already too hyper on phone when I said how can you guys do this and started scaring me to involve lawyer as well.I told her to lets discuss at store.I went to the store thinking even though i cant get the new one at least will take floor stock as it was matching with lounge.The floor stock had scratches which I showed to them but after discussing with my partner considering we are not left with much option and they compensating the same by giving 60% discount.But when I decided to go for it to my surprise the discount was only 10% for scracthy used floor stock, which they used for years now.When I said about the 60% she told me on phone. She said that 60% was on the original retail price. Which is absurd considering she knew how much I bought for.So she was trying to sell a scratchy floor stock at 10% discount.When I said nobody would buy this scratchy one . She started arguing saying I am not going to serve you. Stand outside my store otherwise Ill bring the security.So instead of making up of loss of time and effort for me she was prentending as If I did some mistake.Tjis lady was the worst customer service I have even seen in mylife. So arrogant and doesnt have any logic while talking.Wont remommend anyone buying from here as not only there are chances ot wont get deliver but the customer service you will get will ruin your rest of the week.So pathetic people

I would give 6 stars if I can, Amazing Customer service and great range of unique products. Will be back for more.
