COAST PUMPS

Rang this supplier for a Spare part, his excuse was it was to expensive to carry spare parts & that i should go to a local mower/ small engine workshop to source a replacement.As this business is the agent for the brand of pump , I find his lack of service pathetic as i was refereed to him by his supplier, got far better service from a pump supplier in Nambour.Just remember when your buying a product, after sales service is just as important as the initial purchase !Hopefully this business will realize that he has just lost business as i,m looking for multiple pumps due to a forest change & in this instance i was helping a friend source a spare part for their bush fire pump.

Great conversation with Alan today. Really helpful. He didn't try to sell us a pump simply because he didn't have a pump that suited our needs. He explained really clearly what we needed, why and refered us to someone who could be more helpful. Thank you.

The pump i bought from him, leaks badly and is not covered under warrenty. Not happy.
