In the morning I received a phone call for arrival time. No delays. Great communication from Matthew during the service for time it will take, all costs involved and the problems with the washing machine and dryer. Matthew was honest about the dryer being too old to have money spent on it but he did what he could. I appreciated the honesty. The E mails helped.

William inspected a faulty dishwasher. After much time trying to identify the fault, the eventual conclusion was an intermittent controller caused by probable insect damage was creating spurious error messages. A replacement controller of around $500 might fix the issue, but for an 11 year old unit, it was suggested spending more on a modern unit would give new warranty and better error fault code definition on any future callout.While on the dishwasher callout, as an electrician, William checked a non functioning sensor light. The result was a faulty switch. A new switch is being sourced.
