Odey and the team are very professional and friendly and this was evident from the moment of our first meeting. I could not recommend and thank Odey and the team enough. They made the whole process so easy for me leading up to my event, leaving me with nothing to stress about. On the night, the event manager and the staff were incredible! The service was absolutely exceptional with the food, hygiene and making sure the night was a smooth run for myself and all the guests. My guests were beyond pleased at the ongoing service. Take my advice, if you have an upcoming event, I highly recommend this venue. I searched high and low for a perfect venue and I am extremely happy I chose Macquarie Paradiso Function Centre. When we first met Odey, we knew straight away that we wanted our wedding at Liverpool Paradiso! He has made the whole wedding process so easy and fun for the both of us. STRESS FREE, PROFESSIONAL, AMAZING TEAM, VENUE AND SERVICE!I had my wedding reception in the Macquarie Room Sat 3 August 2019. The reception was set up so beautiful for my wedding, and until now, my guest are in such awe with how great it looked.From the time my wedding package was created and quoted, to the decor selections, flower arrangements and cake selection, to the reception set up to the schedule and execution of the event on the night ... I cannot fault.Odey and the team went above and beyond to turn the reception venue into something magical.When I first started to organise my wedding, Odey at Macquarie Paradiso made the entire experience completely stress free. They assured that the team are there to make it all about our special day, and expressed only how they wanted to do all they could to make our wedding day exactly how we wanted. Odey was also helpful in providing vendors to use, it was literally a one stop shop!The staff service on the night is highly professional, our guests shared how amazed they were on the service Macquarie Paradiso provided throughout the night.The exceptional level of professionalism and service with the event management and co-ordination like the Paradiso team is highly recommended.Thank you Odey and the team for everything.

Came for a wedding and I have to say the venue and the service was 10/10 - servers were on point; venue was beautiful and the wedding turned out amazing - I’m sure the bride and groom were very happy thank you very much.

Five stars does not feel enough.My partner and I had our wedding here in March 2023 in the diamond room and I have to say this was the absolute best day of our lives!We originally booked for March 2022 however due to covid we had to reschedule for the following year. From the point of initial contact, to the reschedule and to the end of the wedding Odey and the team treated us with the same level of respect and the highest customer service which did not waiver.The packages were so inclusive and set Macquarie Paradiso aside from the rest where the other vendors we checked out tried to sell us the wedding in parts. Odey met all of our requests and we must say when we got the first look at the set up, we were absolutely blown away by how well it was put together and amazing it looked.My guests had the best time and they have been raving how attentive the staff were. Every time one of the beers / wine was empty a staff member would be there to swap it over with a fresh one. The staff were also so attentive to us, we truly felt like a king and queen with the serving demonstration they put on for us and especially sitting up on those big chairs.Food was delicious, lighting was on point, DJ and MC were great and so many photogenic displays for our wedding photos – you guys really covered all basis.Just a big shout out to Navid and David who made the night run so smoothly.From the bottom of our hearts, Odey and the Paradiso team – whatever expectation we had, you guys outdid it ten fold and we cannot thank you enough for making our wedding so perfect.Connor & Nghi

Wow! I am so happy with the way this reception runs everything. My engagement party was so smooth sailing thanks to the people at Paradiso. We had celebrated our wedding day at Paradiso Diamond Room last Saturday and it was the most magical day I have ever experienced. Odey and the team went beyond our expectations, delivered the highest quality of service and the food was unbelievable. Our guests have not stopped giving us amazing feedback about the venue and I’m so glad we put our once in a lifetime event in the hands of Odey.
