Chris & Jim at Air Zero are highly communicative and thoroughly consultative when they took me on as a client. We have a home built in the 1970's requiring a major update to the overall HVAC system. Every detail was explained meticulously during the quoting stage & prior to the works being carried out to ensure that every one involved was on the same page.The recommendation provided never for once felt like a major up-selling exercise. I was recommended a properly sized unit and that is very rare to come across a company that prioritised my needs.The team at Air Zero were tasked to remove our existing evaporative cooling & gas-powered central heating. Super impressed with their 'clean-as-you-go' attitude at every step of the way.It has been over a month and I now have a home that has great air conditioning on the warmest of days and coolest of nights.

Air Zero are our go to for all of our heating/cooling installations and repairs. Jimmy and his team are very knowledgeable, reliable and competitive. The guys installed 2 splitties and have also repaired put gas ducted heater. Can't speak highly enough about the team and their high standards. Always a pleasure!

I highly recommend Air Zero. I recently had Chris and the team install a split system air conditioner. From start to finish Chris was a pleasure to deal with. All the work was undertaken professionally and efficiently. I was so impressed with every aspect of the job that I will be using their services again on another installation.

Chris and team did a great job removing my old aircond unit from the roof and installing a new one to fit the ground level. He gave practical advice on long-term solutions to maintain and service the unit in an economical way. I found him to be honest. The work was done professionally and neatly. They took extra care to minimise the mess and cleaned up afterward which I really appreciated.They came on time and communicated well with reasonable prices.

Chris, Jimmy and the guys from Air Zero recently installed a ducted a/c system in my home. Their attention to detail with vent placement and the way they tidied up after the job really made them stand out from other trades i'd recently used.
