No idea why these guys are only 3.9 stars on Google. Well I do but there's always a few you can't please. I knew what I wanted asked Kevin about it done the deal,paid for it and it got delivered on time. Think people should review the product which is top quality and not a guy doing his best to make everyone happy(which isn't possible) I for 1 would highly recommend Titan sheds and good on the sales team for doing a top job. Keep up the good quality work. #buyaustralianmade

The slogan Lucky you got a Titan...well with our experience you would be lucky if you ever get it at all! We ordered at the end of Jan and was told there was a slight delay of 4-6 weeks with installation due to Covid....ok we could live with that. The steelwork was delivered 15th March with a free workbench which was damaged but we let that one go. Then absolute radio silence until we started chasing it up ourselves in June. Titan had forgotten about us, I believe the paperwork went missing according to one persons excuse. After several frustrating calls to Titan throughout June we finally got the footings laid. Then July the installers turned up and put the carport up but found they had run out of bolts so erected it with Tek screws thinking we wouldn't notice !! My husband pulled them on this as they were leaving but they said someone else would have to deal with it. We had to photograph the amateur work and send it to Titan who for the first time reacted quickly by sending a guy to rectify the issue the following day with a box of bolts. The steel work had sat on our drive for just over 3 months and the neighbours were starting to complain. It is also now watermarked on the galvanised uprights due to the length of time laid down on top of each other.Such a pity that Titan let themselves down as we had previously had a large shed built by them in 2016 and the service was better. If someone had actually communicated with us what was (or was not) happening it would have helped. We certainly would not recommend Titan.

I had to ring back to get my quote, no follow up by him. The quote was not for what I needed because he didnt ask enough questions. I went to the showroom and I found him to be arrogant and unhelpful,thats OK there are plenty of other garage providers willing to take my $20,000.In fact we did buy a shed, over the $20,000 mark from Shed Boss at Caloundra, no problems, job done. I put in 3 quotes to get a garage done and had no reply at all customer service is non existent.
