don’t ever use this service they are really unprofessional and rude as i used their service while towing my van they hit and damaged it i lost my two week of earning and never replied to my emails.please don’t trust them.

Rude, incompetent and unprofessional. Aren't able to follow simple instructions. Arent intelligent enough to know the length of their own vehicles. Worst customer service imaginable. Over charge. They only get one star because there is not an option for less. Use any other tow service than theirs. The absolute worst.

Do not use this company! Rang for a tow truck at 4:35 pm, At 6:15 pm , I had to ring them to see where truck was, I was told it would be another hour and a half!Left on side of the road in sweltering conditions, waiting for this company to arrive for hours , appalling lack of service .. cancelled in disgust!I called Light and Heavy tow trucks, mermaid waters, who arrived in 15 min!!
