Souths United Football Club

It is a great club... from what I've experienced there is definitely a genuine interest in each kid that goes through the ranks and a realistic expectation of each kid based on their ability and level. As parents, we need to ensure our expectations to our kids at a very young age, is not to win, but to develop first,, and the club strongly emphasises this until a time when winning does become important i.e. competitive tournaments that a results and ladder oriented.Fields are great too.

When I first moved into a house across the road from this club, I knew that there would be noise. I've never once complained when there's been a megaphone in use at 8pm (I have kids, but they've mostly learned to sleep through it) on a weeknight or all day on a Sunday. But I would expect that they would have turned off the megaphone by 10pm, and not still be playing​ music through it every time a goal is scored. I'm sorry, but that's just over the top. I'll be calling tomorrow morning to make an official complaint. My daughter is interested in started soccer when she is older, but she won't be doing it through this inconsiderate club.

How can i enter this club? I want to play!!

Guys don’t bother spending $90 on the 6 a side comp or any comp for that matter - it’s a scam. Poorly run organisation with horrific management that allow random players to turn up and play who haven’t paid a cent. Further to this, they still decide to run a comp with 3 teams versing each other which is pointless but anything for the money I guess…

Great football club with multiple synthetic fields and passionate players and coaches. It is all run by wonderful volunteers.

Don’t bring your dog here to watch the game or you’ll get yelled at by the Souths dog police! Watched a lady shout across the seating area at someone with a dopey, harmless King Charles pup. Probably a million nicer ways she could have said it. She put off such a sour vibe and we would have enjoyed the experience much more if she wasn’t so cranky!

Amazing club, canteen had the best milkshake I have ever had and facilities were new and clean.

My team went to South United soccer club today to play a game. We were greeted by a very rude lady, they way she was talking to us was very disrespectful. We asked for some chairs to sit down undercover as it was beginning to rain in which she replied with “there are stands over there”. The stands themselves are not undercover. As visitors to this club we were unaware that there is a strick no dog policy. The lady aggressively told the person to who brought the dog to remove the dog to another area. She was unclear and where we should go so we removed ourselves to a new area. She then began to yell at the person with the dog and for the person to leave the club as the area we moved to was not okay either. As the person with the dog began to leave she proceeded to talk aggressively towards him and followed him to the road. At this point it was pissing down rain. There was no sympathy from this lady. Due to this the person had to wait 15 minutes in the rain on the street. As we live 45 minutes away and carpooled there was no option for us to take the dog home and come back. We are appalled by this behaviour and will be taking further action.
