I went there and the owner started screaming at me because he said I didn't order enough. I was wanting a quick bite and ordered 2 potato cakes, a fish and a dim sim but, he said he didn't want to cook it unless i order more because it was not worth the effort. I was going to walk out but he just said fine I'll do it" feeling awkward I just paid. He then finished cooking my food and didn't give to to me and left it in the warmer until I reminded him that I had an order. I finally got it but it was dry and almost no salt.Never coming here again and recommend others to do the same. Huge disappointment."

Staff are incredibly rude, we had been delivered the wrong items (something we don’t eat) and was second time occurrence, we had called the restaurant and asked for the correct items, they refused to deliver or have the items delivered through our third party ordering app and laughed at my upset mothers request and also denying a request for refund told us all they would do is offer exchange if we drove to them, we had delivery because we are unable to do so, and as soon as you get upset with them they just cut the call off. Pathetic

Don't bother coming here, very rude atmosphere and horrible grumpy man yelling at me, there was no compromise or anything.I was really looking forward to enjoying their food. Not coming back

Best fish and chips ever great staff totally awsome fish perfect potato cakes had crispy Finnish chips perfect dimmies and I don't usually give reviews on anything but this is worth it and they are in the middle of 2 others . The best I've had ,have no connection to this fish and chipery what so ever best I've found in 35 year and I love fish and chips and I told them when I finnished eating in the park down the road

Purchased a flake and potatoes cake for lunch today, I was made to feel like some weirdo when I walked in (the fact I had been renovating and was covered head to toe in dust), the vibe of the place however was off. I’ve never been to this establishment before and thought I’d ordered from the other fish shop and so wish I had as their customer service is 20/10. If there was a star rating for customer service, this place would get 2 stars. I paid by card and they charged me a surcharge. On an upside they did put 2 potatoes cakes in. The batter was rather thick in spots and I ended up giving the excess to the mangoes in the park. Won’t be back.

Two pieces of fish as hard as rubber. And disgusting. Called the store for refund of the fish only (chips and potato cakes were great). They said go to menulog for refund. They said go to store for refund. At the end of the day it was the store that served this disgusting, inedible, $9 per flake piece fish""
