Went in today thinking here we go...the sales person is going to be so frustrating and try to squeeze every dollar out of me however I was pleasantly surprised to find that wasn’t the case. The service was informative, honest and he really tried to identify what would be suit our needs.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I went there to by a Dyson but found out they don't sell Dysons. The old salesman tried to tell me they have better than Dyson and sold me this hunk of junk (high-end) Hoover that didn't last a month. I had to return it several times to be repaired and I just gave up in the end. I've since gone to Bing Lee and bought a (low-end) Dyson and couldn't be happier.

My wife went into the store to buy a new vacuum cleaner on 03/01/2019, and the gentleman who served her was extremely courteous (sourcing a trolley from Kmart for her), and very knowledgeable on which vacuum to recommend.She was so happy with his service, that she wanted people to know what a great experience she had,c courtesy of the gentleman working at yhe store.Thank you for your help - we now have a brilliant, new vacuum!

Asked for a specific piece of equipment for minimal use ($99) and because they were out of stock, directed me to a $1000 unit and then continued to persuade me as to why I need it. After telling him that was way above my needs and where I could store that unit basically said I was cheap.Took my money elsewhere.

Limited choices of vacuums but the knowledgeable salesperson made up for it. The information provided made for a sound mind in purchasing a new vacuum cleaner.

Really impressed with the knowledgeable man who served me. I went in thinking I was going to need to buy a new vacuum cleaner as the wand had had it. He instead let me know that I could buy a replacement part that he ensured would fit and it did when I went home. He even correctly guessed the model of my vacuum cleaner when I told him the brand. A much cheaper option and very satisfied.

Fantastic service !! I took my Dyson V6 which wasn't sucking to the Godfreys store in Penrith because taren point was too far to go to Dyson. And Steve had it fixed and returned over the weekend. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks Guys
