Great place for cheap bits & peices to tied you over until you can get better quality,more sturdy products but obviously much cheaper than the better quality and more sturdy items sold at bigger retail stores.I've always found their products do the job in the short term.Also cheap lollies & chocolate & chips etc.

Loved it sadly would have loved to spend more, however Dapto Malls treatment of Disabled Patrons ment in excess of $5000 got spent elsewhere, abd after being a loyal customer for a number of years, it was upsetting. Reject Shop I would be questioning AMP Capital as to why their mall management cost you big time.

Worst store in the Illawarra. Just bought 2 photo frames that when unboxed were completely broken. The frame was literally decaying. Their products are nothing less than cheap garbage. Go to this store if you want to buy landfill. If I could give this store a 0 rating I would, but I can’t. So it gets a one. Absolutely pathetic. Don’t waste your time or money at this store. Go somewhere that holds themselves to a higher standard like Kmart or Big W. Hell, go to a dump yard and you’ll be given better products than this store offers. Probably more sturdy too.

I buy kids toys from here, always cheap. Never had any issues, 5, stars from me.

The staff are great and very helpful, and I love browsing around the shop it has such interesting stuff and cheaper prices on other household things.

Half the items are never priced. You can’t find a staff member to ask them the price unless you take the items to the cashier.The worst part of this store is the rude staff, for years, even with change over of the staff, they are rude, not willing to help, if they smiled their face would crack. There is one male who is pleasant, the rest are just plain rude. I usually drive to Albion Park or Warrawong.What is it with young people these days, if they hate their jobs so much, get another job.

I'd like to share my experience to help others be cautious while shopping for bedding at The Reject Shop, Dapto Mall. I bought this comforter set last Sunday, and came to return it as this queen size is not a standard queen sized comforters,³ in Australia, and looked a bit off size for my bed. The manager refused to return or exchange this bedding, insisting that the policy cannot allow returns of Bedding with change of mind transactions. I explained again, it is not a change of mind return, but a problem with the comforter size which is square in shape, 210cm ×210cm. Anyways, the manager didnot refund or exchange.Not to mention, I was not reminded at the checkout about the return policy of bedsings at this shop while I was buying this $38 comforter set. There were no signs in the aisle displaying comforters or bedsets either.I think it is unfair to thibk that customers would read the fine print of font size 8 or 6 at the checkout, with a long queue behind them. I think its important to mention that I visit this shop everyday and haven't been a habitual return customer.Better customer service would have been appreciated. Truly disappointed!!!

Walking past the Dapto reject shop early in the morning to do my shopping on numerous occasions all the language coming from the store was disgusting. I don't think there is the need for the f's & c's in the conversation at the top of their voices. The management of the shop should have more respect for people in the shopping centre. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Great place to buy bargain priced pet supplies and kitchen cleaning products.
