You see the reviews here. This really happened. Racist. Non-cooperative. Not understanding. People were booing us and laughing at us for STANDING UP AGAINST BEING SPOKEN TO RUDELY BY JESS. You would've not spoken to another customer like the way you did when we were getting in. You know what you did.

If I can give zero stars I would. I don’t recommend this place at all. Unprofessional & aggressive bouncers & security. One female bouncer Jess tried to punch me & the male bouncer used expletives. Also very little response from the club.

This dump is Extremely unprofessional honestly not even worth a zero if that was an option. Bouncer named Jess needs to lose her job. Rather then defusing a situation that happened not only did she instigate it but also escalated it. Needs someone to put her in her place. Don’t even bother trying to come here not worth it.

Worst club ever to attend in Ballarat, we went there for our Christmas party, and all my young female colleges were not only assaulted by security but also severely injured, I hope no one experiences the brutality we did from the guards at that club! Many people ended up in hospital with severe damage, stay away at all costs
